You probably didn’t know that Deontay Wilder is an Olympic medalist (bronze, 2008). Or that he’s an undefeated heavyweight boxer. Or that he’s considered one of the top challengers for the heavyweight title.
He’s a big man, with a big punch. And he’s not a guy to causally ‘eff with.
But a guy named Charlie Zelenoff who, based on his YouTube channel is a legend in his own mind, has been messing with Wilder for two years. He has, according to Wilder, called him racial slurs. And he has, according to Wilder, said some bad things about the undefeated fighters daughter, who has spina bifida.
For whatever reason, Zelenoff invited Wilder to come out to a Los Angeles gym to fight.
And Wilder showed up.

Zelenoff describes himself, on his YouTube channel, as the greatest of all time. On his last YouTube video, posted nine months ago, he said he was 38-0.
If he spent the last nine months training for the Wilder fight, he’s now 38-1.
And he might consider retirement.
