If you’re a 7-footer who can play in the post with your back to your basket, you can have a long career in the NBA (look at how many chances Andrew Bynum has gotten).
If you’re a 7-footer who can handle the ball, finish strong at the rim and launch three-pointers like Kevin Durant—you can have a long career in the NBA filled with super stardom.
For a long time we thought it would be difficult to surpass Seventh Woods as the best ball player in the class of 2016.

Maker is from South Sudan and spent part of his early years growing up in Australia before settling in Virginia. Many recruiting sites have him as the top player for the class of 2016, and he’s received interest from every major program in the country.
