346-pound Sumo wrestler viciously slams 420-pound opponent

The “victim” in the above video is Kelly Gneiting, who weights 420 pounds. You would think he had a little bit of an advantage in his fight against Byambajav Ulambayar, who weighs only 346 pounds.

But Byambajav had won seven straight US Sumo Open championships, and was a heavy favorite going into last weekend’s tournament in Los Angeles. And this violently impressive body slam of a man who weighs nearly 80 pounds more than him generated seismic shockwaves that probably caused a high tide in Hawaii.

Byambajav won this semifinal match, and went on to win his eighth straight title.
